The Mouse's House

So we have been doing Disney for the past several days and I just wanted to share! We have had an absolute blast and pretty much did everything we set out to do! I could not tell you how amazing it was to see Max's eyes light up at every turn! He may be just under two but he definately loved it. I could care less about the house I live in, or the car I drive... I want to spend my money creating memories on amazing vacations with my family! Last year we went to some of our favorite stops on a Royal Caribbean cruise and this year we decided to give Disney a try! I grew up Disney and probably went there once a year until I was 13 - tradition i guess? I wanted to pass this on to max, maybe not that much but we will see. We mostly went in the summer so the trip was much like this. The main difference was "the fast pass" and it was huge! We no longer were stuck waiting in long lines in the Florida heat! Not only this but we would get in all of our must do attractions! I also would have to say I have stayed at most of the Disney resorts but loved the art of animation resort!!! We had a cars family suite and it was perfect :) two bathrooms and separate living space...fellow Mom's understand my appreciation for the second bathroom! They have themed rooms and ours was "cars" so max was beyond thrilled! If you know him - you know his obsession with cars and trucks. I hope to share some of what helped me out but now back to enjoying some time by the pool for the next few days! 

On a wine note! Epcot is the only park that serves alcohol...except for when u dine in the princesses castles!!! We are at the beasts castle (new) in fantasy land and you better believe I had a glass...ok I had two!!! ;)

It's been a while....

Wow...how long has it been! Well what can I say summer happened and life happened. We spent a long weekend in Indy withy my family and went to the zoo and children's museum! It was so much for and perfect for Max :) I hope to get some pics up soon as I used the good camera for the trip - not the phone! I took maternity pics (my little hobby) for some long time family friends and will be capturing their sweet baby soon! I LOVE this and only wish it could be a career!!! What else...well the wedding of the year of course!!! My cousin, birthday twin, and one of my best friends married my best friends brother!!! How amazing is that right!?!?!? Even more so when they are so perfect and amazingly happy together...plus they will make beautiful babies for me to cuddle!!! I can't describe how beautiful Megan was and the day was perfect! Congrats you two :)

Quick shout out to Denise Alexander at Headlines - first wedding hair I haven't had to take out and re-do!!! You ROCK!!! (Mostly because I love BIG hair and she knows how to make it happen).

Since the I have been working out and running again! Just started shoreline squad and I love it, especially as a squad leader. Inspiring others to do what I odd and know they can do too - nothing better than that! Tomorrow is 4 miles...but I will be doing 4 before the squad run becaus I must get ready for CHICAGO!!! Woot woot
